Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is the KLE to apply the tools of continuous improvement to the quality of the facilities. Pointing to maximize efficiency by means of a permanent system of preventive maintenance to which takes part in the totality of the production site members. Learn about the 8 pillars of the TPM system and how to identify the main losses in production and maintenance. Participants will be trained in the application of the TPM methods such as autonomous and planned maintenance in order to increase the effectiveness of machines and equipment. Three days of work in teams to consolidate or learn for the first time the Kaizen methodology, solving some concrete challenges in the real company to implement the principles and pillars of the Total Productive Maintenance.
