KAIZEN™ Best Practice: Retail is created for all those in charge of Retail operations, from Store manager to a COO.
It is also very useful to all those in charge of Human Resources in retail companies since it will help them understand how to develop and sustain continuous improvement company culture in such a dynamic and vibrant environment.
