With theory and practical exercises, the participants learn the procedure of continuously developing employees and successful sustainment of the KAIZEN process.

Requirements:
Basic KAIZEN knowledge with practical experience in the KAIZEN process, experience in leadership is a plus.
KAIZEN coordinators, as well as improvement managers who are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the continuous improvement process.
